HAFSAT HUSSIEN – Canning Teacher (Volunteer)

It’s Moringa’s honor to have Madam Hafsat Hussein as our home canning teacher. Her mission is to join the Moringa Project to help promote food preservation and sustainable business at M.C.S.O.T. She uses her competence, energy and skills to help promote the image of the company as well as her determination and hard work to help us to achieve our goals.

Education & Experience:

  • 2011-2013: Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration. (GIMPA) Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management.

  • 2008-2009: Onondaga Community College. Disney Advanced Studies in Hospitality Management. J-1 academic program.

  • 2006-2009: Kumasi Polytechnic. Higher National Diploma (HND). Hotel, Catering and Institute Management.

  • 2005-2006: Cake Technique. Cake designing and Sugar craft, Balloon Decorations.

  • 2002-2005: Aduman Secondary School. Home Economics/Catering

MISS SALOMEY AHUREN SECRETARY

A secretary in Moringa Community School of Trade (MCSOT), she is also giving a helping hand to promote the wellbeing of (MCSOT) in Breman Baako in Central Region of the Republic of Ghana. She had also acquired a lot in some aspect of IT.

Home Economics is the programme I offered during S.H.S time, after completion of my Senior High School I step my foot towards Harmony Computer and Training Centre in the year 2014 and had my Computer Training there. Having knowledge about computer is very interesting and it gingered me found interest in being a secretary and catering tutor.

Alex Oprim Quansah (ENTERPRENEURSHIP TEACHER)

LAWRENCE OKAIN- (CARPENTRY ASSISTANT TEACHER)

Joined the Moringa Project to encourage and develop a great experience in woodworking technology. He is an experienced team builder with excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills. He demonstrates effective leadership and encourages team concept.

  • 2008: Construction Technician Certificate, Part I and II, Modern School of Technology

  • 2009: IBB Computer School


Daniel Papa Yaw Asare -( ENGLISH & ICT TEACHER)

We are very fortunate to have Mr. Daniel Papa Yaw Asare as our English teacher. He is training our students in the English language and how to use computers. He works assiduously to uplift the image of the school. He is an enthusiastic building technologist, who enjoys being part of, as well as leading, a successful and productive team. He is quick to grasp new ideas and concepts, and to develop innovative and creative solutions to problems.

Education & Experience:

  • Level 300 BSC Construction Technologist student, studying at University of Education Winneba


MAXWEL ADOM - (AGRIC TEACHER)

Adom completed his training at the Asuansi Farm Institute and comes to us from the Cape Coast University Parks and Gardens Horticultural Dept.  Along with his job of teaching practical scale family farming techniques at our Moringa training center, we are most hopeful that Mr. Adom Maxwell will to develop and expand the Moringa Oleifera Plantation portion of our compound and Moringa farm land at Assin Kurwa will flourish.  


YUSIF HARUNA - (STORE KEEPER AND DOMESTIC BURSAR)

Mr Yusif has played a key role in the Moringa organization from the very start in September 2008.  He has overseen our army of volunteer work crews, organized the land clearing, our bridge construction, as well as acted as the general compound manager that has brought the Moringa Community Training Center to life.   Moringa owes much to this fine, hardworking Ghanaian man.


Anthoniette Zigah - BAMBOO CRAFT TEACHER

Joining our organization, her vision was realizing the full potential and the dreams of the organization and to participate fully in team work to create a new area of development, growth and productivity through her bamboo skills.
